For it can be even more effective, and the ministry’s products and services to be well recognized and understandable to people, we need communication at the strategic level.»
Viktor Berezenko, the founder of the Institute of Cognitive Modeling, mentioned that the coronavirus crisis has accelerated the irreversible digitalization of the world: «Thanks to the work of the Ministry of Digital Transformation Ukraine already has services that are not yet available in many developed countries. And these are not just tactical decisions, but the implementation of a strategic vision for creating a digital state. These are cool initiatives in all areas of life that everyone will soon feel. Our team will strengthen the communication part of this multi-component process.»
