First Aid Telegram bot launched by the ICM

The team of the Institute of Cognitive Modeling, together with the Department of Medical Psychology, Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy and specialists of the Friend Project developed a First Aid bot.

It covers not only recommendations that are helpful in the first hours after meeting a traumatic event, but also recommendations on what to do and what not to do so as not to harm one’s mental health.

The bot was created with care for the mental health of our citizens. In these difficult times, we need to know how to remain calm, act carefully and clearly.

This tool is useful if you find it difficult to cope with a traumatic situation, you do not know what to do and how to act in a stressful situation, and how to protect your mental health and the health of your loved ones.

The Institute of Cognitive Modeling is a research company that deals with social technologies and works in the field of Social Communications. ICM experts provide advice on strategic image formation, public positioning, and digital technologies.
