Ukrainian platform «Tell me» offers free psychological consultations for Belarusian citizens
The Ukrainian online platform of free psychological support «Tell me» opens access for Belarusian citizens.
The platform was created by the Institute of Cognitive Modeling in 2020. Currently, the team consists of almost 100 volunteers – specialists in cognitive behavioral therapy. During the website’s operation, more than 1,700 online applications were processed, and more than 5,500 hours of consultations were given.
«First, we decided to create a multi-functional platform “Tell me” to prevent the mental health crisis associated with the COVID-19 epidemic among Ukrainians. It helps to provide high-quality psychological advice to those who need it remotely. Today, we are also opening up access for Belarusian citizens to apply for help and assistance,» says Viktor Berezenko, founder of the Institute of Cognitive Modeling.
If you are experiencing anxiety, suffering from panic attacks, or need to share your experiences with a specialist, leave a request on the website https://tellme.com.ua , and you will be provided with high-quality psychological support. To proceed with requests from Belarusian citizens, the project team speaks Russian, so they can be understood and heard when communicating.
From now on, Belarusian citizens can submit an online application and get professional advice remotely.
«We understand how important support is, especially psychological one. Our specialists are ready to provide free assistance to anyone who needs it,» comments Svitlana Paveletska, CEO of the Institute of Cognitive Modeling.
The platform’s website is set in Ukrainian, but the translation program will help you leave a request if necessary.
